Este qawwali es alabado al profeta Mahoma. Tales composiciones poéticas se conocen como naat. Profeta es abordado por muchos títulos, dos de ellos son Shams-ud-duha y Badr-ud-duja
This qawwali is in praise of Prophet Muhammad. Such poetic compositions are known as naat. Prophet is addressed by many titles, two of them are Shams-ud-duha and Badr-ud-duja.

yaa Khudaa jism hombres jab tak ye mero jaan rahe
yaa Khudaa jism meN jab tak ye mere jaan rahe
tujh pe sadqe, tere mehbuub pe qurbaan rahe
tujh pe sadqe, tere mehbuub pe qurbaan rahe
kuch rahe yaa na rahe, par ye du & #8217; aa hai ke & #8220; Ameen & #8221
kuch rahe yaa na rahe, par ye du’aa hai ke “Ameen”
nizaa ke vaqt salaamat meraa iimaan rahe
nizaa ke vaqt salaamat meraa iimaan rahe

¡Oh Señor! Hasta que haya vida en mi cuerpo
O Lord! Till the time there is life in my body
debe ser dedicado a ti y una ofrenda a tu amado [Mahoma]
it should be devoted to you and an offering to your beloved [Muhammad].
Lo hace & #8217; t importa si tengo algo o no, pero rezo & #8220; Ameen & #8221
It doesn’t matters if I have anything or not, but I pray “Ameen”
que en el momento de la muerte, mi fe está a salvo
that at the time of death, my faith is safe.

Nota: & #8220; Ameen & #8221; es el nombre del poeta
Note: “Ameen” is the name of the poet.

taaziim se letaa hai Khudaa Naam-e-Muhammad

Dios recuerda el nombre de Mahoma con deferencia
God remembers the name of Muhammad with deference
tal es el nombre de Mahoma, la paz sea con él
such is the name of Muhammad, peace be upon him.
Que Dios prohíba el fuego de la gehena
May God prohibit the fire of hell
sobre todo aquel cuyo corazón está escrito el nombre de Mahoma
on anyone whose heart is written the name of Muhammad.

naam na shaamil ho ibaadat nahiin hotii

En el corazón que lo hace & #8217; t amor Muhammad
On the heart that doesn’t love Muhammad
Alá nunca tiene misericordia
Allah never has mercy.
Es mi creencia que al recordar a Dios
It is my belief that while remembering God
si este nombre [Muhammad] no está incluido entonces las oraciones serían & #8217; t ser respondidas
if this name [Muhammad] is not included then prayers wouldn’t be answered.

Dios dijo que Su poder no tiene límites
God said that His power has no limits
y mi amado & #8217; s [Muhammad] misericordia no tiene límites
and my beloved’s [Muhammad] mercy has no limits.
Cuando incluso los ángeles pudieron & #8217; t entender entonces, ¿cómo pueden los hombres entender?
When even angels couldn’t understand then how can men understand?
La grandeza del hijo de Amina no tiene límites
The greatness of the son of Amina has no limits.

Khudaa Pinhaan magar tuu ruu-ba-ruu hai

Khudaa hai aur Khudaa ke baad tuu hai

La luz de Dios se refleja en ti
The light of God is reflected in you
Dios está oculto, pero ustedes están presentes
God is hidden but present are you.
¿Quién puede imaginar su grandeza, cuando
Who can imagine your greatness, when
allí está Dios y después tú
there is God and thereafter you.

Shams-ud-duhaa Badr-ud-dujaa terii barii tauqiir hai
Shams-ud-duhaa Badr-ud-dujaa terii baRii tauqiir hai
Suurat terii shaah-e-umam, Allah kii tasviir hai
suurat terii shaah-e-umam, Allah kii tasviir hai

¡Oh, el sol brillante! , ¡oh la luna en la oscuridad! , eres venerado grandemente
O the bright sun!, O the moon in darkness!, you are revered greatly.
¡Oh rey de la humanidad! , tu rostro es una imagen de Dios
O the king of mankind!, your face is an image of God.

¡Tal es tu apariencia, oh la manta cubierta!
Such is your appearance, O the blanket draped one!

Eventualmente Dios te llamó a Él
Eventually God called you to Him
Ni siquiera Él pudo resistirse a verte
even He could not resist seeing you.

No hay nadie como tú, oh el respetado Profeta
There is no one like you, O the respected Prophet
[y] no hay respuesta para ti, en ninguna parte
[and] there is no answer to you, anywhere.
Otros mensajeros [de Dios] vinieron también a este mundo
Other messengers [of God] came to this world too
[pero] nadie podría convertirse en el que tiene el libro para la humanidad
[but] nobody could become the one with the book for mankind.

tuune a dekhe haIn Hasiin, batlaao a kaise haIn ham
tuune to dekhe haiN hasiiN, batlaao to kaise haiN ham
Ruuh-ul-judaa kahne lagaaa, ai naazniin haq kii qasam
ruuh-ul-Khudaa kahne lagaaa, ai naazniiN haq kii qasam

En la noche de la ascensión, el rey del pueblo [Muhammad] preguntó a Jibriil [Gabriel]
On the night of ascension, King of the people [Muhammad] asked Jibriil [Gabriel]
Has visto a los hermosos, dime cómo estoy?
You have seen the beautiful ones, tell me how am I?
El alma de Dios respondió: ¡Oh el hermoso, por Dios!
The soul of God replied, O the beautiful one, by God!

O my beloved draped in blanket! The whole world loves you.
Qué decir de tu belleza, incluso el Señor está loco en tu amor
What to say of your beauty, even the Lord is mad in your love.

Lloró en la noche de la separación y derramó lágrimas en abundancia
Cried in the night of separation and shed tears in plenty.

Then the painter had a little mercy
y trajo [ante mí] algunos bocetos
and brought [before me] some sketches.
Él dijo: Este es Yusuf [José], este es Isaá [Jesús] y este es Musá [el profeta Moisés]
He said, this is Yusuf [Joseph], this is Isaa [Jesus] and this is Musaa [Prophet Moses].
Le contesté que no estoy poseído por nadie de estos
I replied that I am not possessed by anyone of these.

When he brought the image of the King [Muhammad]

What have I to do with the world when I have his refuge on the Day of Judgement
Soy el esclavo de Mustafaa *, ¡qué afortunado soy!
I am the slave of Mustafaa*, how lucky I am!

Dushman bhii kahte hain yahii, kyaa baat hai sarkaar kii
dushman bhii kahte haiN yahii, kyaa baat hai sarkaar kii
na aankh hombres qahr-o-ghazab, na haath hombres shamshiir hai
na aaNkh meN qahr-o-Ghazab, na haath meN shamshiir hai

Incluso sus enemigos aceptan también, qué decir del Maestro [Muhammad]
Even his enemies accept too, what to say of the Master [Muhammad]
Ni sus ojos son violentos, ni se llenan de ira, ni hay espada en sus manos
Neither his eyes are violent or [filled with] anger, nor there is a sword in his hands.
